ErgoFactor® Forum

Business and Industry-Wide Ergonomic Best Practices Forum

Who We Are

Who

The ErgoFactor® Forum is an interactive group that meets every six weeks to discuss and problem-solve issues related to business and industry-wide ergonomics.

As a group, we will identify common ergonomic frustrations and work together to strategize and implement the best practices in your facility.

No stone will be left unturned. We will explore issues ranging from aging workforce to best lifting tables to implementing preventative programs. The goal is to share knowledge across our areas of expertise to ultimately shape a happier workforce in 2015 and beyond!

Why

Ergonomic injuries continue to be the nation's number one issue, accounting for one-third of the workplace injuries each year, according to the Department of Labor. Most companies right here in Northeast Wisconsin, face this issue as well.

The old adage, "two heads are better than one" is the philosophy we intend to implement. By gathering the areas' best professionals and putting our ideas and thoughts to work, we are confident we will be able to develop "Ergonomic Best Practices" from which everyone will benefit!
